1.2. The artist reserves the right to decline any commission request without the need for explanation.

2.2. Payment Plans
Plan 1 : 100% upfrontPlan 2 : 50% upfront + 50% upon completionPlan 3 : 50% after sketch + 50% upon completion
2.3. The client is responsible for any transaction fees incurred during payment.Revisions
3.1. The client is entitled to 3 minor revisions during the creation process.
3.2. Additional revisions beyond the included amount will incur an extra fee based on complexity.
3.3. Major changes, such as altering the pose, composition, or other fundamental elements after approval of initial sketches, may require additional charges.
3.4. No revisions will be accepted after the final piece is completed and delivered.Deadlines and Delivery
4.1. The estimated completion time will be agreed upon during the commission process and depends on the artwork's complexity.
4.2. The client will be notified if any delays occur.
4.3. Completed artworks will be delivered digitally in PSD and at the agreed-upon resolution.
4.4. Rush orders (projects requiring expedited deadlines) may be accepted at the artist’s discretion and will incur an additional fee.Use
5.1. The commissioned artwork may be used for both personal and commercial purposes without additional charges.
5.2. Allowed uses include but are not limited to streaming, promotional materials, and monetized platforms such as YouTube, Twitch, and similar services.
5.3. The client is not permitted to resell, redistribute, or use the artwork for purposes such as merchandise without prior discussion.
5.4. The artwork may not be used for non-fungible tokens (NFTs), blockchain-related purposes, or AI training.Intellectual Property Rights
6.1. The artist retains full copyright and ownership of the commissioned artwork, even after completion and delivery.
6.2. The artist may use the artwork for promotional purposes, portfolios, and social media, unless otherwise agreed upon with the client.
6.3. The client may not claim the artwork as their own or alter the artist’s signature/watermark.
6.4. If the client wishes to transfer full copyright or exclusivity, additional fees and a separate agreement will be required.Refunds
7.1. Full refunds are only available if the commission has not yet been started.
7.2. Partial refunds may be granted based on the progress made at the time of cancellation.
7.3. No refunds will be issued once the final artwork has been delivered.
7.4. If the artist cannot complete the commission for any reason, a full refund will be issued.Communication
8.1. Clear and timely communication is required to ensure the smooth progression of the commission.
8.2. The client is expected to respond to inquiries or feedback requests within 4 days.
8.3. Lack of communication from the client for more than 10 days may result in the cancellation of the commission without refund.
8.4. Updates on progress will be provided at agreed-upon intervals or upon request.
